Nest + Nurture
Gathering + Connection Circles for Mothers + Babies
Welcome to nest and nurture.
Experience deep community, nourishment, and education with other mothers and mothers-to-be.
At this point in motherhood, you’ve been given a LOT of information to sift through.
Whether you’re a mom who has been through it before…
Or you’re a first-time mom
You’re here because you’re ready to experience the deep nourishment of connecting to a community of mothers.
You might even be feeling a little jaded about the sheer amount of conflicting information you’ve been given by “experts.”
With how much information there is to sort through, it’s easy to get overwhelmed with doubts like, “What if I make the wrong decision and that decision impacts the birth or the baby for the worse?”
“I feel so alone in making these decisions. Who can I trust?”
The stress of it all is enough to make anyone feel frazzled – but when you add the stress of what the stress might be doing to the baby, it’s so easy to get stuck in shame.
Let’s say goodbye to all of that…
…let’s get you connected to a trusted community of likeminded moms, tapped into the wisdom of your body, and experiencing radical peace with the decisions you make as you navigate birth and motherhood.
It’s time to elevate your motherly knowing
What society and systems tell you:
Birth should be medicalized and birth and pregnancy is a difficult and sickly time.
There are no resources or help after the baby is born.
You should be able to manage this all on your own.
in reality:
There is a way to connect to your body and deep inner wisdom while you are pregnant and in postpartum.
Women have been birthing for thousands of years and instinctually know what to do.
When we gather in spaces that offer community and connection there is clarity to all of the answers we are asking.
When we see birth as natural, a right of passage, and an opportunity to call us into Motherhood - your pregnancy journey and relationship with your baby will have a generational impact.
You don’t have to do this alone.

Absolutely! Newborns and nurslings are welcome to join in the gatherings. If you have a “mobile” child please keep in mind you will be responsible for watching over them. If your desire some much needed love and nourishment consider organizing care so that you can have some time devoted to yourself and be present with your experience.

The “community” makes up other mothers in the local Salt Lake City area. Some women in the facebook group do not live here but enjoy the content of the group. Our focus is to provide a safe place for “crunchy” moms to gather and feel more support.

Lesha is a seasoned somatic practitioner, facilitator and pregnancy and postpartum bodyworker. During the in person gatherings we do our best to offer structure while also recognizing YOU are your own best guide. The groups are open and you can participate as much or little as you’d like (although we find everyone likes participating a lot.)
