Full spectrum Postpartum support Somatic resolution for birth trauma & imprints, & craniosacral therapy

Birth can leave an imprint.

How we come into the world and the experiences surrounding pregnancy, birth, and early attachment can shape the body, nervous system, and the ways we connect.

My work brings together craniosacral therapy, pre and perinatal somatic healing, and a deep understanding of birth imprints and nervous system development to support babies, children, and parents on both a physical and nervous system level.

Sometimes that looks like helping a baby with feeding, oral tension, digestion, or difficulty settling. Sometimes it means helping a parent process a difficult birth or tend to patterns held much earlier in their own story. And sometimes it’s how we can support children to have more support and ease in their bodies as they grow.

At the heart of it all is the same intention: more ease in the body, greater capacity in the nervous system, and deeper connection within ourselves and our families.

For Parents + Families

Support for you and your baby from pregnancy through the early years.

Whether you're preparing for birth, processing an experience that still lives in your body, or trying to understand why your baby is struggling with feeding, tension, sleep, or settling, you don't have to separate the physical from the emotional.

Through craniosacral therapy, integrative bodywork, and nervous system informed support, we tend to what the body is holding while supporting greater ease, connection, and resilience for babies, children, and parents.

Our work includes the BODY.

Soma means body and emotions are the labels or verbal language we give to the sensations we feel in the body. Somatoemotional processing is a therapeutic process that helps the body and mind integrate the residual effects of past trauma associated with negative experiences.

  • I’ve noticed a much clearer relationship with my inner world. And this had resulted in much more ease, flow, and receptivity. I know myself much better now and experiencing myself in ways I didn’t think were possible yet so natural and authentic.

  • I’m noticing how much more capacity I’ve had to be a safe and stable for my newborn. As compared to when I was a first time mom and everything felt more tumultuous and taxing. I know [Lesha’s] work had a lot to do with that. Thank you!

Hi, I am Lesha.

I’m an occupational therapist turned advanced craniosacral therapist, pre- and perinatal somatic practitioner, and postpartum doula. For more than 16 years, I’ve supported babies, parents, and families through pregnancy, birth, postpartum, and the tender transitions that come with becoming a family.

My work brings together craniosacral therapy, somatic healing, and nervous system support with a deep understanding of birth imprints and early attachment. I’m interested not only in what’s happening in the body, but in the experiences and patterns that shape how we feel, connect, and heal.

Whether I’m working with a baby experiencing feeding challenges or tension, a parent integrating a difficult birth, or a child going through a difficult time, my intention is the same: to create space for greater ease, connection, and resilience.

At the heart of my work is a belief that when we tend to our earliest experiences with curiosity and care, we create the possibility for something different not only for ourselves, but for the relationships and families we are growing.

Welcome Lauralee

Lauralee is a licensed massage therapist and craniosacral practitioner who has been supporting babies, adults, and families since 2013. She especially loves working with babies and families through pregnancy, birth, postpartum, and the tender early months of life.

Her approach is grounded in extensive craniosacral training through the Upledger Institute, with additional study in prenatal and perinatal craniosacral work and working with babies. Her training has been influenced by the work of John Chitty, Ray Castellino, Kate White, and Liz Chitty Sandoval, bringing a gentle, whole-body perspective to each session.

Lauralee understands that our earliest experiences can leave subtle imprints in the body. In her work with babies, she supports patterns of tension and restriction that may be connected to pregnancy and birth, while creating space for greater comfort, regulation, and connection within the family.

Alongside craniosacral therapy, Lauralee is a Crystal Resonance Practitioner and Reiki Master.
